ELTHAM ORPHANAGE BAND.

The Orphanage Boys’ Band, which created such a favourable impression yeste.rday, by their playing in the main streets, were very thoughtfully entertained by His Worship the Mayor and Mayoress to afternoon tea at tlie Savoy rooms. Commandant Home suitably returned thanks, and the boys’ cheers showed their appreciation. The band returned again by motor lorry this morning and gave a programme of music and song at the Old Men’s Home. This afternoon they are playing near the football grounds.
