W. Maliu, Railways and Harbours; Piet Grobler, Lands; General Kemp, Agriculture; Mr. Boydell, Post anti Telegraphs and Public Works. —Reuter. , Air. Hertzog is; 'the only Minister with previous, Crtbieht experience; Five of the new‘team are .lawyers, two farmers. and two (Mr. Bovdell and Dr. Malan) are journalists.
