CAMPAIGN IN BRITAIN. MR. LLOYD GEORGE TO THE FORE. bY cable—press association— copyright . LONDON, June 29. A ■ campaign to revive Liberalism in Britain was-inaugurated "by Mr Lloyd George. Addressing a Huge open-air demonstration at Manchester, be said the Labourites, when they came to office, promised to abolish secret diplomacy, but there had never been such secrecy. Nothing could be worse than the way t-lie conversations between M. Herriot and Mr MacDonald were handled. Yet it was essential to know the truth.
