CABINET INCOMPLETE. WILL LABOUR ACCEPT SEATS? BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received June 30, 9.30 a m CAPETOWN, June 29. W hile Labour is still sharply divided on the question of entering the* Cabinet, judging by the resolutions passed at the various branches the oninion seems to be steering in favour of inclusion. Significance is attached to the decision of the Denver branch, in Mr Cresswell’.s constituency, in support of acceptance of seats. Mr Hertzog is evidently meeting with considerable difficulty in the allotment of seats, partly owing to the position of General Kemp', the ex-rebel leader. A section of the Nationalists opposed his inclusion in the Cabinet as likely to offend the British population, while others strongly press his claims owing to his influential position in Western Transvaal.
