Japan has entered into an experiment to make her people of larger stature through the consumption of milk, ancl is negotiating tor 'large purchases of milch cows in the United States. The California Dairy Council announces that Dr. Miyawaki. professor of dairying in the Hokkaido- University, is en ■route to Japan with a big shipment of purebred dairy stock purchased in the United States.
