Labour Conference, Hsaio, the Chinese Government delegate, after referring to the progress of social roiorm in China, notably the eight-hour day, declared that China desk ed to collaborate in the work of the* conference, but, regretted the inadequate support from other extra European countries, such as Canada, New Zealand and Australia.—Reuter.
