AMERICAN EXCLUSION LAW. ATTITUDE TOWARDS LEAGUE. BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT TOKIO. June 27. It is stated by the Foreign Office that Japan has dropped the idea of appealing to the League of Nations, not because it had not a- good case, but because the League was'apparently impotent.
