HERTZOG CABINET. LABOUR, HESITATES. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT CAPETOWN, June 25. ’ The delay in the completion of the Hertzog Cabinet is due to Labour not having yet made up its mind. Mr. Hertzog is anxious to include Messrs Cresswell and Boydell in order that both parties may be represented. Air. Hertzog has decided to invite the Prince- of Wales to visit the Union. The- Johannesburg Mail understands the Nationalist Government intends to appoint a, European ambassador for the Union, with headquarters in Holland.
