SUPREME COURT.
CLAIM AGAINST HANNAH AND CO. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) W ELLINGTON, June 27. The hearing of the £SOOO claim by Hart Penlington, Ltd., against Hannah and Co. was continued at the Supreme Court to-day. A witness said he had seen the advertisements, and had deducted therefrom that Hart Penlington were up against it or out of business, and had cancelled orders or had diverted orders to other firms.
