VALIDITY OF TREATY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT NEW YORK, June 25. An order was served on the district attorney requiring him to show cause why he should not seize all liquors on board the Cunard liner Berengaria, scheduled to sail for England to-day. This is said to be the first step to test the validity of the recent liquor treaty with Great Britain.
