The Bank of New Zealand produce department has received the following advice from its London office, under date June 21:

Butter firm at 178 s per ewt. Cheese quiet. Fresh landed 90s per cwt., stored 87s to 88s. •Frozen Meat. —The market for wethers is dull and the tendency is downwards. Ewe.s have a weaker tendency. The larnb market is well supplied. Ox beef is depressed owing to heavy arrivals iron) Argentina. The market for cow beef is dull, there being little demand. Wethers, light 6fd to 73d per lb. heavy 5-kl to 6 ;cl; ewes. 4kl to 53d; lambs, under 4211> l(>d to lid" over 421 b 93(1 to 10.1 cl, seconds 93d to 10jid; ox. hinds 4yd to 4kl, fores 2-Id to 23d; cow, hinds 4d to 4kl fores 2d to 21 d.
