OPERA HOUSE, TO-NIGHT'. •FOGBOUND.” Dorothy Dalton, in her latest Paramount starring vehicle, “Fog Round ” which, opens at the Opera House for two mghts, does the finest work in her career. Adventure is rainnant excitement is tense, thrills pile: up in quick succession before the fog clears, and the blazing sun lights the”path to a new happiness. Torn between love for her sweetheart and duty to her dead lather. What was she to do? To avenge her father’s death was to shatter the happiness she had struggled so long and bravely for. Which? See fiow Dorothy Dalton meets this situation in “Fog Bound.” a tingling story of breathless adventure. The supporting programme includes an excellent .Johnny Hines comedy, “Torchy Steps Out,” a Burton Holmes travelogue', and the latest Paramount Gazetted ORGAN RECITAL. Mr Leslie H. Goddard. L.A.8., will give an organ recital, in St. John’s Presbyterian Church on Monday evening next. The programme is well selected, including Bach's great Fantasia in G Minor, the slow movement from a Stanford sonata, fantasia on “Yeni Immanuel” (Harris), and “Harmonies du Soir’’ (Karg-Elert). A number of transcriptions will also lie rendered—the finale- from Tsehaikowsky’s “Pathetique” Symphony. Andnntino (Martini), Solemn Arelody (Walfo.rdDavis). the slow movement from Goldmark’s violin concerto, and the Nuptial Procession from Romeo and Juliet (Gounod). Mr J. R. McLennan, new to local audiences, will sing “Arm. arm. ye Brave” (Handel) and “A Sailor's Prayer’’ (Keel). A collection will lie taken.
