J>UBLIC Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance anti exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 120 and 121 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” and by Sections 48 to 55 of “The Rating Act, 1908,” and ariiendtvlents thereto, it is the intention of the Hawera Comity Council,.at a special meeting to be held at the County Chambers, Princes Street, Hawera, on SATURDAY - , the 28th day of June, 1924, to make and levy General Rates upon the Capital Value of all rateable properties within the respective Ridings of the said County as follows— HAWERA RIDING, l*d in the £j ARARATA RIDING, ljd in the £; MOKOIA RIDING. in the £. Such rates shall be for the period commencing on Ist day of April, 1924, and ending on 31st day of March, 1925, anil shall become payable in one sum on the 19th day of July, 1924, at the County Office, Princes Street, Hawera, to the County Clerk and Treasurer.
