HOW THE JURYMAN GOT HIS “BAXTER’S.”

During the course, of a well-known J trial in Auckland recently, one of the jurymen developed a,cold, and as the jury had to be under close supervision, it was not possible for him to purchase a bottle of his favourite specific— Baxter’* Lung Preserver—himself. He therefore had to apply to the constable in charge, who *n turn asked the sergeant. The proprietor of one of the leading hotels, where the jury had lunch, instructed the hall porter to get a bottle of “Baxter’;-.’’ from Don Hamilton, the chemist, not many doors away, where the mixture was obtained. Evidently the juryman knew a good thing, and he was not taking any serious chances with his cold. Baxter’s Lung Preserver is the favourite remedy now throughout New Zealand. It is a fine old preparation which has been on the market for CS years, so it is not untried. Tt also possesses wonderful tonic properties which help to build you up. Be litre the juryman ! Tackle that cough, cold, or influenza in time. You can get a generous-sized bottle of “Baxter’s” at any chemist or store for 2s fid: or. better still, get the family size# at 4s fid. Ideas sell for big money if properly protected and marketed. Keep your invention secret until you have consulted us, We will gladly discuss its protection and commercial development. —Henry Hughes, Ltd. (Directors; W. E. Hughes and L T. Hunter), Eegd.
