ENTERTAINMENTS.
HAWERA SCOTTISH SOCIETY’S CONCERT. An excellent programme has been arranged by the Hawera Scottish Society for their concert at fhe Grand Theatre to-morrow evening, 'when Scots will gather in commemoration of the life and work of Sir William AY allace. A number of songs, musical selections, and dances are included in the list! The society’s orchestra and choir and the Eltham Pipe Band will contribute items, which are expected to prove very popular. Others who will assist are Alesdames Twaddle and Strange, Misses Lunan, Aloore, and AJessrs L A. Taylor, S. E. Carson, and PipeMajor Crawford and Pipe-Corporal Carncross. Piper J. Hamilton will' accompany Aliss Aloore in a Highland sword dance, and Pipe-Alajor Crawford ivili play for the Scottish reel which wu to he *S iven b A Miss Aloore’s pupils. i?
