The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for 1 westerly winds, strong to gale at times; the weather will probably .prove cold and showery; barometer unsteady, but a storm appears to Ire approaching from the west in the middle of the week; sea heavy in Straits; tides good.
