It is .unofficially stated that Cabinet has decided to notify America that the latter’s reply is regarded as unsatisfactory, and will drop the matter pending the American Presidential election and installation of new ambassadors. It is stated that Cabinet has' decided to . adopt a forward policy towards China, taking steps to demoiistrateJapanese friendship towards other Orientals, and some administrative leaders advocate Japan taking the lead to secure the abolition of extra-territorial claims against China.—Sydney Sun Cable.
