THE DINES CASE.
GREER ACQUITTED OF ALLEGED MURDER. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT SAN FRANCISCO, June 19. A telegram from Los Angeles says: Horace Greer, former chauffeur to Mabel Normand, was acquitted on a charge of assault with intent to murder C. S. Dines. He Avas immediately rearrested and charged with violation of the prohibition law, the police laying a charge that, they found whisky in his rooms.
