A LONG SIEGE. NO NEWS OF MISSIONARIES. EY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI PEKIN, June 15. The city of Kiveilin has been closely beseiged for over three months. Twenty British and American missionaries are there. It is reported that the population is in tho last stages of famine. No news has been received from the missionaries. The Foreign Office states that four missionaries were captured when trying to reach. Kiveilin from Wuchow. They started against official advice, and walked open eyed into a bandit lair. —Sydney Sun Cables.
