TO BE FORMED IN HAWERA. PROPOSED FACTORY IN PRINCES STREET. On' behalf of a company in the process of formation for the manufacture of butter in Hawera, Mr. W. R. Hopcroft, of Palmerston North, last night applied to the Borougb Council for permission for a factory to connect with the town water supply and and drain into the town drainage system. The company had under consideration premises in. Princes Street adjacent to the. Show' Buildings, and anticipated drainage at about 5000 gallons per day. The application was granted subject to the company ensuring that no acids entered the drain
