ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING. is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in the Foresters’ Hall, Nelson Street, Hawera, on TUESDAY, 24th June, 1924, at 11 a.in. All proxies must be deposited at the registered office of the Company bv 10 a.m. on MONDAY, 23rd June/ 1924. BUSINESS: (1) To confirm the minutes of the last annual meeting. (2) To receive and consider the annual report, and balance-sheet. (3) Declaration of election of Directors. (4) To appoint an Auditor or Auditors for the ensuing year and fix the remuneration.
