The local bodies, combined, will give him a public recep-tion-this afternoon, after which he will officially open the new maternity annexe to the hosiptal. In the evening a. conversazione will be held, followed by a supper. On Saturday morning he will meet the school children, pensioners and old identities, and will present the Weekly Press shield and medals to the High School Cadets. He returns to Auckland in thcYafternoon.
