The Hastings Tramways.

MESSRS NORMAN HEATH AND CO.'S OFFER. TERMS OF COUNCIL'S RIGHT TO PURCHASE. I MR HEATH'S FIGURES. Hearing that Mr Norman Heath was in Hastings, a representative of the Hastings Standard waited on him this morning and asked him to supply for publication a table showing what the actual cost of the tramways would be to the Council if they decided to purchase the system.
