BAGDAD RAILWAY.
A NINE MILLION LOAN. (Received 4, 8.25 a.m) Bagdad, November 3. A .syndicate of Continental bankers, headed by the Deutsche Bank, is taking up the second and third series of the Bagdad Railway Loans. The series, amounting to £0,000,000 sterling are for enabling the construction of the Bulgurruhelif section by a new continental construction company with head quarters at Switzerland.
