UNION OF RACES. (Received 3, 8.45 a.m) Constantinople, November 2 Several reports state that King Menelik is dying. The Firman adding a contingent of recruits, both Moslem and nonMoslem, to the Constantinople forces has been read in the presence of the troops. Large crowds are ovationing it, as being a means of establishing the union of the races.
