SIR W. WYLIE.
KEIR HARDIES' VICTIM. (Received 9, 8.30 a.m.) London, July 8. Speaking at Southali, Lady Jersey described Sir W. Wyllie as one of the best and gentlest of men. He was the victim of the unrest which was encouraged by the reckless speeches and disloyal questions in the House of Commons.
