PER ASSOCIATION. Napier, April Iff. The C.C. and D. Company cable as follows : "The meat market is still lifeless. North Island mutton has declined another eight. To-day's quotations are : Canterbury mutton 3%d, Napier, Wellington and North Island 2%6; lambs,firsf 4%d,'second 4%d ; beef, hinds 3 T 4d, fores 2%d.
