A VICTIM LOSRS £BO,OOO. (Received 8. 8.10 a.m.) London, April 7. Cases are proceeding in the Appeal Court to recover large sums upon bills of exchange. It is incidentally alleged in connection therewith that a young officer named Vincent Eyre lost £BO.OOO sterling as a result of transactions in which Horatio Bottomley and Ernest Terat Hooley had taken part.
