Young. ex-Minister of the Crown and formerly Speaker of the House. (Received 11. 1.20 a.ro). Adelaide, May 11. The death has occurred of the Right Hon. Charles Cameron Kingston, P.C., D.C.L., ex-Federal Minister of Customs. The Hon. C. C. Kingston was born at Adelaide in 1850. He was Premier and Attorney-General for Suuth Australia 1893-99. He was an advanced Liberal in politics. He was President of the National Australasian Federal Convention which sat in 189798, and which framed the bill to establish the Commonwealth of Australia.
