The "Daily Mail" reports that the conspiracy to murder Lord Minto and Kitchener, and t > raise a rebellion has as instigators the Mahratta Brahmins, whose headquarters at Fiona found the Bengalees tht ir supply of weapons. The " Daily Telegraph's " Allahabad correspondent states that the p jfice discovered a quantity of literture showing that the scheme had thoroughly '""ganisetl. Its headquarters was described as a college, with divisions mapped out throughout India. It was intended that each of t'te divisions should send to this r illege two men to be instructed in the manufacture of bombs and general revolutionary measures.
