The Appeal Court has reserved judgment in To Ai.au Block. At the Ma-terton Poultry Show today, the North Island Championship in Andalusians was won by R. Bailey, Kareri. Mr H. H. Joe O'lonneil, another Hastings rider who came to grief in the same race, is now out ol danger. A presentation of a purse of sovereigns was made yesterday morning to Mr A. Callcott, of the Agricultural Department, by those wh.i have been associated officially with him during his three years' service in Napier. Mr Callcott left for the South by the mail train this morning, to take up his duties of chief clerk in the Christchurch office of the Department.
