In the event of a new Post Office being built in Hastings, Councillor Collins has promised a donation of one hundred guineas towards the cost of a tow» clock. Mr Luckie. who is at present in Wellington with Mr G. P. Donnelly, telegraphed to a friend in Hastings last night, stating that the Premier, who had again been interviewed re garding the Hastings Post Office, had promised that no additions should be made to the present building.
