Received Jannary 30, 7.35 a.m St Petersburg, January 29 The efficial Duma returns from 454 communes in 20 provinces show that the peasants chose, ont of 908 delegates, 206 who balong to the Bight, which represents monarchists, 631 Moderates, and 71 belonging to the Left. Apparently two-thirds of the peasants oppose and one-third favour the compulsory expropriation.
