His Worship the Mayor, on behalf of the Band, thanked those present for their patronage, and moved a hearty vote of thanks to the organisers, which was carried by acclamation, all present singing " For they are jolly good fellows." It was decided to hold a juvenile dance to-night, but owing to the Princess Theatre being engaged for Monday night, time would not permit of it being cleaned up. and consequently the dance will not be held.
