During the Education delate in the House of Representatives, Mr Nicholls, the Ministerial head of the Department, accepted the decision oi uhe majority of the House in passing an adverse vote as a want of confidence in his ivlmmistration of the Department, and said he could no knger sit in the House as a member of the Government.
