THE PETROPAULOVSKI DISASTER.

Russian details regarding the loss of Petropaulovski are to the effect that she was returning, before a superior force and was preparing to re-oater Port Arthur when, at eight in the morning, while the Admiral and crew were at breakfast, the boil ers sucMenly exploded, followed by a similar catastrophe in the magazine.
