(Per United Press Association Copyright.) (Received Jnly 17, 1 a.m) Paris, July 17. A Polish lady, Conntess Olzewsky, fired at M. Bunding, Minister of Public Works, in mistake for M. Delcasse, French Foreign Secretary. She was seeking to attract attention to her grievances. She alleged that M. Del oasse bad withheld adequate compensation for a false accusation of espionage made against her.
