THE Fishing season will open on the Ist October, 1898, and close on the 15th April, 1890, for all rivers under the control of the above Society, with the exception of the river flowing from the Waikaremoana Lake. For this river the season will open on the loth December, 1898, and close on the 80th April, 1899. License Fee, £1; Ladies Licenses, os; Boys under 18 years of age, 10s ; Tourists and persons residing outside the Provincial District, 5s per month. Licenses to fish can be obtained on application by letter, enclosing fee, to the undersigned ; also from Messrs D. D. Hyde and Co. and J. R. Ross and Co., Napier ; Mr Campbell Thompson, Dannevirke ; Mr \V. H. Nelson, Woodville ;Mr A. Corskie, Waipawa; and Mr A. McDonald, Kuripapanga.
