The following wereadjourneds/Hi*<//V for various reasons :—Thomas Anderson, Robert Bergin, Edward Birt, Richard Bourke, George Clifton, Mary Ann Clifton. j , The following were rejected - —Frank Johnston, not naturalised ; Sarah Ann i Hay, under age. The Court was occupied until G p.m, hearing evidence in the above cases.
