(~2er Press Association.—Copyright) (Received Dec. 13, 9.20 a.m.) Bangkok, Dec 12. The Siamese authorities have refused to apologise for the sacrilege of a French church in Bangkok, which was searched for illicit spirits. The French inhabitants insinuate that the British inspired the outrage.
