GUILTY OF CONTEMPT.
* (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.)
(Received Dec. 22, 10 a.m.) Melbourne, This day
As the schedule was not filed in the estate of Mr James within the time, the creditors applied to the Court to compel the debtor-to file. After several hearings the debtor was adjudged guilty of contempt, and a warrant issued for his arrest. Nothing could be done, however, as the insolvent was outside the jurisdiction of the Court, being in New South Wales.
