As the schedule was not filed in the estate of Mr James within the time, the creditors applied to the Court to compel the debtor-to file. After several hearings the debtor was adjudged guilty of contempt, and a warrant issued for his arrest. Nothing could be done, however, as the insolvent was outside the jurisdiction of the Court, being in New South Wales.
