Wellington, This day,

A child, aged 2-b years, named Ida Sparks, died in the hospital yesterday. She had been vaccinated, and as the cause of death was lockjaw an inquest is to be held, at which a large amount of medical evidence will be called, and some interesting testimony is expected.
