Judge Richmond's Portrait.
[By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association , New Plymouth, This day. It was intended to unveil the portrait of the late Judge Richmond in the Courthouse to-day, but Judge Kettle said it was the privilege of a Supreme Court Judge to perform the ceremony. Hence the unveiling was deferred till Judge Connolly's next visit.
