The Police Enquiry.

A BLENHEIM RESOLUTION. (IVr Pms Association.) Blenheim, This day. At a large and representative meeting held here last night, under the auspicies of the New Zealand Alliance, the following resolution was unanimously carried : —" That this meeting regrets to bear that the Government intends to limit the scope of the enquiry into tbe Police Department, and urges that in order to make it effective the Commission be authorised to make the fullest inquiry into the whole question of administration during the last five years."
