jL [By Tei.f.graph. iPt'i' IVo.v Asxoei'ttion.) Oamaru, Dec. 13. The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Oamaru Woollen Factory Company was held to-night, when a dividend of 4 per cent, for the halfyear was carried, making 8 par cent, for the year. The retiring directors were re-elected.
