Captain Edwin wired this afternoon ; Wind between south-west and south and east at all places northward of Thames and Manakau; between northeast and east and south from thence southward to Timaru andQueenstown, and between north and west and southwest elsewhere. Barometer fall everywhere, low on all western coasts. Easterly gales and rain are to be expectld at all placess eastward of Auckand Wanganni, Nelson and Timaru.
