AUSTRIA AND HUNGARY.
(Per Press Association. —Copyriyht K Vienna, Dec. 6. Hungary has agreed to renew the provisional Ausgleich, or arrangements for meeting the joint expenditure of Austria and Hungary, for one year, pending the settlement question and the recent troubles which have arisen in connection therewith by the Reichsratb.
