A CONFESSION OF THE CRIME. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) Calcutta, Nov. 4. The trial is proceeding at Poonah of Brohin, an advocate of Darnedar Chapkedar, who recently confessed to the murder of Rand and Lent, two special plague officers killed during the riots among the natives. The accused Brahmin has admitted the truth of his confession.
