Captain Edwin wired this afternoon : Wind between north and west and south-west at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth and southward of Tiuia.ru and Queenstown, and between northeast and north and west elsewhere. Barometer fall everywhere. Westerly gales with rain are to be expected in all parts of the country.
