Perth, This day,

The murdered woman Mrs O'Brien was a Maltese. She and her husband frequently quarrelled and deceased was last seen alive on Wednesday. The two following days O'Brien was drinking, and not being allowed to follow bis usual occupation had no chance to get the body away. He was driving a cart in the direction of the house evidently with the intention of removing the remains when taken into custody.
